Countryside accommodation in the private home surrounded by nature and tranquility in the village of Columbus, just 3 miles north from Durham College/ UOIT in Oshawa.
Use whole house facilities include large living room with wood burning fireplace, full size kitchen, indoor cedar room hot tub, two washrooms, unlimited use washer and dryer, large deep-freezer, storage places and much more. For a time being, living space in the main floor of the house is to be shared with the owner of the house (Myself). For periods of time, you may have all rental facilities for yourself, as I plan my adventure travel/expeditions to remote destinations possibly to my motherland country ? Russia: )!
Rental furnished or unfurnished room/s have large windows, broadband Internet, build-in closet, individually adjustable heating, central vacuum system.
Scenic rolling hills backyard include large parking space, swimming/skating pond, fire bowl, sports playing area. Plenty of space for even having your own garden!
Oshawa-Uxbridge Bus stop is within 3 minutes walking distance from the house. Having your own transportation is recommended as bus schedule may not be convenient.
Rent is from $400 to $600 per month depending on the room available. Rent reductions may be possible in exchange for house/property upkeep.

DIRECTIONS (from Durham College/UOIT in Oshawa): Take Simcoe St North to the Village of Columbus. At the lights, turn left (west) into Columbus Rd. Immediately start looking for number 61 on the left (south) side of the street. Drive in to the property with large pond and red brick two-garage bungalow.
